Before
Sometimes, thing's happen. Well this is an example of one of those times. Without going into detail. The cleat was ripped out of the starboard side top deck. From factory this Sea Ray was built right. Which is why it ripped out such a big section when overloaded. Causing fracturing and a repair area to be over twice that size.
After
Removal of all close components not only helps speed up repair time. It guarantees nothing more will be damaged. Fractured glass is ground out or removed. Prepped for new glass by temporary forms helping us get as close to factory shape in a original glass as possible. Once cured we sand and shape the repair area to get it perfect. Then correct matching gel or Flake is applied, sanded one more time and buffed to OEM clarity.

Flakes
When resurfacing gel, the difference between flake and solid colors is a great one. Not only in the application but in the prep work up to that point. Substrate has to be perfectly straight prior to applying flake and blend area increased to guarantee that seamless transition.
Solid Colors
Black and white are popular on many watercraft's. Not only can we take care of those. We also have the means of matching any OEM gel solid. Applying them with best blend in mind and maximize efficiency to make for a more cost effective repair.
Taping
When it comes to resurfacing a boat with gel, taping is a large part of the process. Taking the time and doing it right greatly affects the outcome. The protection of the rest of the unit is also done at this time.
multi-color
Most boats come with multiple colors and demand special attention when damage is through more then one. The order at which colors are sprayed makes for a much better blend when done right.
